Returns: Any return not due to a mistake on the part of NSN or its affiliates or due to damage or a defective nature will be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fee will vary from 10-20 percent depending on brand and timeframe. Returns on special order and custom parts as well as any installed part, electronics, or orders older than 60 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Shipping: Our website will quote the TIME IN TRANSIT for your order at the checkout. This is based on shipping location. This does NOT include processing time. In order to keep our prices low we do not stock most components on site, but rather at warehouses around the country. 90 percent of orders ship within 1 to 3 days of being ordered. However, some parts will take up to 10 business days to ship. If you are concerned about the shipping time, please contact us directly and we will be able to give you a more accurate time to shipment and delivery on the parts you are interested in.
